Pricing FAQ

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can adjust your subscription or cancel whenever you need, right from within your account.

Can my teammates have access too?

Yes, you may add as many teammates to your account as you'd like and even manage visibility settings to determine what data are visible to them. Each additional team member is just an extra $20 per month.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. CollegePlannerPro is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. Once you cancel your subscription, you won’t be charged again.

How much do I pay for training?

There’s no extra charge for training. We’re happy to spend as much time as it takes to get you up and running with your account. We’re confident it’s so easy to use that with a little hands-on training, you’ll be an expert in no time.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online to maintain a more secure, paper-free process. You can easily manage your card information within your account.

Are there additional fees per contact?

No. The prices you see above are all-inclusive for your client capacity. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, meaning anyone in your database who isn’t a paying client, such as leads or former clients. Just choose the plan that fits the number of active clients you need, and you can update your plan anytime within your account.

How and when do I get billed?

Your credit/debit card will be billed monthly on your sign-up date until you cancel your account. We email an invoice each time we bill your card. Every plan includes a free 30-day trial with no setup fee and no per-student fees.

Will my data be safe and secure?

Yes. Your data is stored in multiple locations in real time, reducing the risk of loss if any single server experiences an issue. On top of that, we automatically create hourly backups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. CollegePlannerPro plans include SSL encryption, which protects your information in transit and makes it significantly harder for unauthorized parties to intercept or access your data.
