  • Can I change plans at any time?

    Yes. Simply click on the "My Account" button on your dashboard and you'll see these same account options, your current quota usage and your current plan settings.
     

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

  • How and when do I get billed?

    Your credit card will be billed once every month on your anniversary sign up unless you cancel your account. We email a receipt each time we bill your credit card.
     

  • After all, it's your data

    The information you and your students save in the system is owned by you, we just protect it. So, if you wanna take it with you when you leave, you may. Simply request a copy of your database when you cancel your account. It's as easy as that!

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No. CollegePlannerPro is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

  • Are there per-user, per-client, per-contact (whatever you wanna call them) fees?

    No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every CollegePlannerPro plan includes unlimited contacts (your non-paying people). You just need to choose the plan that will fit the number of clients (your paying customers) you plan on.

  • Your data is safe and secure

    Your data is stored to multiple locations in real time, and in addition we automatically make a further backup of your data every hour. CollegePlannerPro plans include SSL encryption to keep your data and your client's data safe.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    You may cancel your account at any time. To do so login to your account, click "Cancel My Account" link inside your account profile section.
